MEET THE FOUNDERS
Village Strength Studio starts with Sam and Ellie.
Sam brings a background in Kinesiology from Acadia University, varsity sport, and her work as a chiropractor. She understands how the body works—and how important strength is in supporting long-term health, not just performance.
Ellie comes from a lifelong connection to sport and strength training, with a grounded, no-nonsense approach to coaching that keeps things simple, consistent, and effective.
Together, they’ve shaped a space that reflects both of them: thoughtful training, steady progress, and a shared belief that community is just as important as the work itself.
No pressure. Just good training, done well, with people who care.
