FIRE & EMBERS — Yoga
Fire & Embers is a two-part yoga class that pairs strong, sweaty movement with a long, intentional cooldown.
The first half builds fire — a steady, challenging flow designed to elevate your heart rate, build strength, and generate heat through continuous movement.
The second half sits with the embers — longer, yin-style holds (2–5 minutes) that allow the body to open while the heat lingers.
You’ll leave feeling sweaty, open, grounded, and deeply reset.
POWER PLAYGROUND — Functional Fitness
A structured functional fitness class built around foundational lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses, supported by targeted accessory work.
Designed to build full-body strength, improve confidence under the bar, and create long-term progress through consistent, intentional training.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Meet Sam — founder of Village Strength Studio.
With a background in Kinesiology from Acadia University and experience as a varsity basketball athlete, she brings both knowledge and lived experience to how she trains and coaches.
Village was built as a space for thoughtful training, real progression, and a strong sense of community — something she felt was missing. The kind of place people want to come back to.
Her approach is straightforward: train with purpose, stay consistent, and create an environment where people feel supported while doing it.
