Fire & embers

Fire & Embers is a two-part class that pairs strong, sweaty movement with a long, intentional cooldown.

The first half builds fire — a steady, challenging flow designed to elevate your heart rate, build strength, and generate heat through continuous movement.

The second half sits with the embers — longer, yin-style holds (2–5 minutes) that allow the body to open while the heat lingers.

This class is about contrast: work, then stay. You’ll leave feeling sweaty, open, grounded, and deeply reset.

Strong Strides is a runner-specific strength class designed to support performance and reduce injury.

The focus is on glutes, hamstrings, core, and lower legs, with an emphasis on single-leg strength, stability, and control. Expect functional lifts and movements that directly support running mechanics.

body movin’

Body Movin’ is a cardio-focused class using bodyweight exercises only. No equipment, just simple, athletic movement strung together to keep you moving.

Expect jumps, squats, lunges, and dynamic transitions that challenge your endurance and build functional strength. Everything is scalable, with options to adjust intensity as needed.

HIIT It! is a station-based workout that alternates short bursts of cardio and strength with quick recovery periods.

power playground

Power Playground is a strength class focused on foundational lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses, supported by accessory work for balance and injury prevention.

move well

Move Well is a controlled, detail-driven movement class that uses active range of motion to build mobility, joint health, and strength through full ranges.

Expect slow, high-tension movements that require focus and intent. Particular attention is given to end ranges — where stability, control, and resilience are built.
